More and more companies and private households are replacing their conventional door locks with electronic ones. This applies to both exterior and interior doors. Different cylinder lengths are required depending on the door thickness. At Identbase, we distribute the locking systems from Uhlmann & Zacher. The electronic locking cylinders can be installed in a very short time.
And this is how it works:
- 1. Loosen and remove the faceplate screw in the lock case.
- 2. Remove the old locking cylinder from the lock case.
- 3. Insert the new locking cylinder with knob.
- 4. Reattach the faceplate screw.
- 5. Insert the electronic knob cylinder.
- 6. After learning the cylinder using the service key and assigning the battery replacement card and disassembly card, the transponder can be programmed.
