And here's how it works:
- First, remove the ribbon from the printer (if it is severely wrinkled, it is likely that cleaning is required and that is the cause)
- Cut the ends of the torn areas smoothly
- Then, stick the two ends together using a piece of adhesive tape.
- Wrap the glued area a few turns so that it is well wrapped
- Reinsert the cassette, close the lid, and printing can continue!
