One of the main focuses of the new online presence is improved user-friendliness. The Identbase website now boasts even higher speed. Additionally, navigation has been made friendlier. The checkout process has been changed to a "One-Step-Checkout," which includes automatic VAT ID verification (EU, OSS, UK).
Enquiry Cart
In this context, an "Enquiry Cart" has been integrated into the Identbase homepage alongside the "Shopping Cart." This allows products to be enquired about without having to go through a complete checkout process. The button "Add to Enquiry Cart" is available for this purpose.
Help Center
To address all emerging questions before, during, and after the ordering process, the "Help Center" answers frequently asked questions about the purchasing process, shipping, products, etc. The "FAQ" page has its own search function. At the same time, questions about the product can be asked. Answered questions are displayed under the product to further simplify the search process.
Ribbon Finder
For those who lose track of the variety of ribbons for different card printers, the integrated Ribbon Finder now helps. When searching for a card printer manufacturer or model, all compatible ribbons are displayed. The same will apply in the future for all other products, such as cleaning kits, etc.
