Kimaldi KapriKapri is an offline terminal that enables the identification of users via RFID (cards, key fobs, wristbands and tags) and optionally via cell phone. User registrations can be deferred, i.e. by entering an identification number and a PIN, the user can complete the registration at the terminal without having to visit the administrator. Functions:
Kimaldi KoraKora offers different types of licenses depending on the type of solution, be it for access control or time and attendance control. With the Kora software, you can view and manage actual hours worked, planned working time, overtime, vacation / flexitime, break times and tours of duty. In addition, you can create up to 16 user-defined events. The software can assign one or more administrators and share time control management according to customer requirements. It offers the ability to register and block users, accept and reject requests from employees, configure the work calendar, assign users to groups and configure the installed terminals. The software allows you to create a shift for a working day, even if it covers more than one day. For example, working shifts for medical staff can be 24 hours long. In addition, for companies that work through the night, two different days can be combined with the night shift, as the shift starts in the evening and ends the next morning. Registration is automatic. Users carry out verification via terminals installed in the access points. Each employee has access to the software with a user profile and can use the portal to manage their personal data and submit requests for clocking in during the working day.
