Clex Private CX2174

The Clex door fitting is compatible with numerous European lock standards. The different widths allow it to be used in all standard doors such as timber, steel, aluminum and narrow frame doors with a backset of more than 25 mm. This means that the CX2174 can be used for both new buildings and existing properties and, thanks to its timeless, simple design, adapts to any environment.

The reader unit with the communication electronics as well as the mechanics and power supply are located in the lever handle. In addition to the proven radio version (868 MHz), the Clex door fitting is also available as a version with Bluetooth® low energy (2.4 GHz).

A wide variety of transponder carriers can be used as keys on the Clex door fitting. These include: ISO card and key fob.

The Clex door fitting has the following extended system features:

• Weekly schedules possible


• Permanent engagement (toggle function) possible


• Connection to the EMA module CX6934 possible


• Batteries can be changed/removed with a special tool


• Suitable for outdoor use (depending on version)
