U&Z RFID locking cylinder Clex Prime CX6166

The Clex compact half cylinder is a half cylinder housing with a freely rotating electronic knob.

All essential security-relevant components, such as the clutch, gearbox and motor, are located in the protected area of the cylinder. In addition to the proven radio version (868 MHz), the Clex compact knob module is also available as a version with Bluetooth® low energy (2.4 GHz).

By installing the Clex compact knob module with a Euro profile cylinder, conventional locks for DIN Euro profile can be used and no complex installation is required. This means that the half cylinder can be used cost-effectively for both new buildings and existing properties.

A wide variety of transponder carriers can be used as keys on the Clex compact knob module. These include Transponder card and transponder fob.

The Clex compact knob module has the following extended system features:

• Time switches/day release possible


• Permanent engagement (toggle function) possible


• Connection to the CX6934 IDS module possible


• The battery can be replaced/removed using a battery replacement tool to open the cover.


• Sealed, water-protected knob in housing up to protection class IP66 (depending on version)
